How does the platform fee work?

We charge a 5-10% platform fee on completed tasks. This covers payment processing, verification systems, customer support, and platform maintenance. There are no upfront fees for browsing, chatting, or creating an account.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. For business plans, we also support invoice-based payments.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

What happens if a task is disputed?

Both parties have a 7-day window to file disputes after task completion. Our admin team reviews the evidence and provides fair resolutions. Business plan users get priority dispute resolution.
